Sager 8886 for sale in Portland, Oregon. I bought this a year ago for some freelance digital photo work I was doing, and I needed the biggest, fastest machine I could get- and this Sager was it. The work dried up pretty soon after I bought this, and it has sat in the closet since. I am going to estimate it has been used about 25 times total. Since then, my laptop needs have changed, and I have moved on to a MUCH slower sub-mini machine. So, the Sager needs to find a new home. There is not a mark on it, and it works perfectly. I have included all of the specs from the purchase receipt below, but just to summerize, it is a P4 2.66 GHZ desktop processor, it has a full gigabyte of RAM, TWO 5400 rpm 60 GB hard drives, CDRW/DVD drive, 15.7" LCD, Firewire, USB 2, a removable MP3 player, TV tuner, two years remaining on a Philips warrenty, and read the list below for more. I am also including a linksys wireless B card so that this may be used on wireless networks. I am also including a second battery for the notebook. And, I am including the one and only REALLY tough-case that this huge notebook will fit into. The case is made by Lightware. If you haven't heard of them, they are best known for photographic equipment cases. It is not a soft case, it is quite rigid. I don't know that I would step on the case with the computer inside, but I have certainly stacked other cases on top of this case with no ill effect. Everything fits into the case. The charger and mouse (mouse not included) fit off to the side, and the extra battery and wireless adapter go underneath the computer. I have installed XP Pro on the machine, and I will of course include the CD. I can't think of anything else... email me with questions, of course. I am a real person!
