It looks so nice! Would you mind, Kingcow, telling us what you did so that, if you did make a mistake, we can avoid that same mistake?
And sorry for the dull finish, hopefully Spiike can set you straight.

Something things to note.
Did you apply a really heavy clear coat? (to the point that it is almost runny)
Did you sand the clear than rub in compound than apply polish?
Did you use a clear coat that came with the dupli color kit or is it a different brand clearcoat? (not all clear coats are compatible with certain paints)
the way I got my mirror finish on my lcd cover was by taking a buffing disk attachment for a hand drill and buffed the surface for about 10-20 mins with compound. I wish I took a pic of the before and after, but the difference is like night and day.
Just to get it to shine, try sanding the clear coat (making sure NOT to go into the paint because kameleon paint particles will be destroyed) with 1000 grit then rub in some compound (compound is equivalent to 3000-5000 grit sand paper depending on the brand). This will give it a dull look, with a mirror effect at extreme angles. Then apply car polish. the polish is what will make it shine like crazy, if you did everything right.
