Quadro 700 in 8100

Does anyone know where I can get a Quadro 4 700 to my 8100? Dell Finland won't give one. Every time I call them they give me the royal runabout. They say that they need my service tag to know what part I want. They say that they can't sell a graphics card to me just like that. So, anyone, where do I get one?

With Dell Europe generally your hope lies in eBay expect a 300+ price tag for it

Now dell wont even return my emails. Does any know how to get one in Europe?
