I've used Fujifilm DVD+R with great success. Thinking about purchasing a 100 pack spindle of the Ritek soon though.

You can get a 50 pack spindle of Fuji DVD+R at BJ's (yeah, the wholesale club) for $59. Best I saw in the Northeast. That's cheap here, don't know about where you are. I think $89 was the cheapest alternative I saw in this area.

I only buy Ritek DVD-Rs. I've tried lot's of brands that worked OK, but for picky dvd players (xbox, certain sony models), they are the only discs I know will work without problems. I've never used their DVD+Rs, but I'm sure they are great quality too.

I usually get mine from meritline.com or rima.com, depending on who has the cheapest price at the time.

I ditto what worthless said. We make DVD's all the time for clients at work. We've found that the Apple DVD's are the best for compatibility in players. Ritek, I'm told makes those, so look for those, if you can, if you can't get the Apple ones.
