Looking for PhotoShop freeware

Im lookin for a great photoshopping software, preferablly freeware and this is the only sub-forum I could think of. Please move this thread if their is a better place for it.

Again photoshopping freeware, preferablly easy to use and fun.

It´s free, it may not have all the features of commercial options and is freeware. Since it is freeware, support is not commercially available so you´ll have to look around for it, and you may have bug here and there but overall it seems quite stable from what I´ve seen.

In my opinion GIMP is all right.... If photoshop isn't an option, I'd try paint.net. Just google it, and you should find the program. It works very similar to photoshop and is quite feature rich for freeware.
