Looking at his behavior the last time you bought something from him, it took a total of 15 days from the sale announcement to when you received the notebooks. So far, it's been eight days, which was about the span of time between the sale and when he responded to you last time. Hopefully there's still a chance it will work out.

well. last time. it took extra long becuase i put a stop payment on the money orders and he refused to ship until i removed them... this time.. no stop payment.. no reason for delay.... oh .. and last time. he responded to me by the 4th day.. its been over a week since he's responded to me

nobody from tennessee able to help?.. offering 100 bucks to anybody that can help me out.. seems to be a lost cause.. i found another one of his aliases on another forum.. also seems like he scammed somebody else before too on the layitlow forums...

i guess my only hope here is to go to small claims court...

Also call the Police office in his local area with all of the info you have on him see what they can do.

djembe.. go ahead and ban him.. if history repeats itself.. he ups and disappears from the forums permanently after he has scammed somebody.. he uses other people to build rep. and then just disappears..

bentpresely.. thank you for all your help. i tried to PM you all the information i have gathered on mtown thus far.. forgot add his alias' include lilphil3519, lilmike3519, mtown791, mtowncaprice1, and dub24z.. as what i have come up w/ so far..
