Well I say record all those reps names and convos and then when you get your 80 and 100GB hard drives that are only 5400RPM or even dreaded 4200RPM speeds then you can file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT...sounds good to me lol

yeah, I did not take that chance.... Ordered the 60 Gig 72K I know exists... Reagrdless of what they "tried" to sell me....

Do you mean I should have ordered an 80 gig harddrive for the old I8100 I'm selling, instead of the Hitachi 7k60 7200?

I think someone is pulling our leg or is mistaken.

I had 2 Toshiba 5400RPM drives with 16MB cache. They were stellar performers, even for 5400 RPM.

Hope they come out with a larger one. I'll replace this travelstar with Toshiba's if they make a >50GB version.

I believe Toshiba's 50gb 7200rpm drive will soon be available. With 16mb cache...
