I bought my 9750 in March and has worked flawlessly.

Last night it decieded it would not boot, specificely, it will not init the BIOS. Scans the DVD/CD's and HD's but will not get past that point and give you a BIO's screen.

I tried removing both DVD's and the harddrives but it still dies.

It's 1 PM here on the east coast and I am getting ready to call Sager to get a RMA number to send it back.

I really need it by the Dec 4th when I have to travel again.....

Oh Well....

Yea, I thought so too, so I swapped around, and moved them to different slots to see if it was a slot problem. No dice.... I emailed Sager yesterday (could not get them on the phone) for a RMA number. No reply yet.

Well, it's Monday, and I called Sager around 2PM eastern time. They picked up after two rings and promptly connected me with Tech Support. They asked some questions and then wanted to see if I could do some toubleshooting before I sent it back. Told them all that I have done, and they said that it needs to come back for repair or replacement. Then they gave me my RMA number and all was cool in my world....

I had to call back about an hour later, because I forgot to ask just what peices that needed to be returned. They said that since the power supply appeared to work properly ( I concurred) that only the computer needs to come back.

Very professional... I am sending it out tomarrow.
