After I shut down my Thinkpad A30 the battery indicator light stays on even when I unplug the AC adapter. The computer is off but the battery light is still draining power. Isn't that odd? It didn't used to do that.

Battery Indicator Light won't turn off!

Same thing is happening to me now. I've got an A31.
Anyone got any ideas?
I noticed this change after I ran the battery down real low. I was playing a game in full screen mode so I didn't notice the battery was low until the lcd turned off. I plugged in the ac adapter, and hit the power button on it. It's now showing that the battery is charging or constantly on ac power when the ac adapter isn't plugged in. I've already tried reflashing the bios, flashing the embedded controller, and discharging the battery.
