How can I access the Promise BIOS?

In trying to solve another problem I have (Vista not recognizing my 2nd HDD), I'm trying to get into the Promise BIOS. But I just can't get in (and the regular BIOS has nothing RAID related). I tried DEL, CTRL-F2, SHIFT-F2, etc - but nothing seems to work. Any idea how I can get access?

If it doesn't display on the machine on boot up, then you can't get into it. I think that this is controlled by the little dip switches under the HDD. If dip switches are set as Raid-enabled, you can get into the bios otherwise you can't (not saying that Vista Can or Can not "get there, etc..").
