every once in a while the sound gets fuzzy on my notebook, is this a known issue? (I also installed vista on this notebook so idk whether or not that will screw the sound up either). is it the creative labs software?
EDIT: uninstalling the creative software seems to have resolved most of the problems i was having (reduced the distortion by 80%). it's good enough now. i m thinking about getting the creative notebook soundcard to use with my head phones.
