My 4381 is having a LCD issue, it is no longer backlite. The computer logs onto windows just fine, but you cannont see anything unless you hold it up to a lightsorcue, and then just barely. Could anyone here tell me what needs to be replaced, and where I can obtain a replacment part for it. thanks
