I got the same thing when I tried v3517. v3516 worked fine and it looks like they finally fixed the LCD "noise" introduced after v3311. woot.

3517 blue screened on my 8204. Trying 3516 now.

Update... 3516 works fine. Can't see any noticeable changes. Going to retry 3517 now.

Will this work with US based laptops as well?

I know the Bluetooth drivers don't wok unless you use the US version at least.

Yes bugmenot. I flashed this 3517 on my brand new TM8210 and it fixed my bootup issue with 4GB (2GB SODIMMx2) memory installed. Before, the system took about 30s just to get to the POST screen when cold boot and I had an error message saying "USB over current..."

Now, I'm hoping that they would enable Intel VT support in the BIOS menu so that we can take full advantage of the CPU we paid for.

Same here. 3516 works fine while 3517 gives blue screen.

Same here.. Gave me a good, clean FRIGHT - thought I bricked my 8204. I'm going to try the 3516 first, see what happens - Hopefully they'll come out with a fix for that blue-screen issue regarding 3517 and WinPhlash.
