Who to contact at PCTorque

So I'm having serious audio problems and BSOD's with my 4750 and it seems it needs to be RMA'd again. Last time I dealt entirely with Luke because of a problem with the Warrantech warranty. Since the whole pctorque not selling laptops/pctorque now selling again I don't really know who I'm supposed to contact at pctorque about this anymore. So who deals with this stuff now?

pctorque is back, and they were still going to support people who had warranties even though they weren't selling laptops

anyways it's not looking good for them as they picked another dud for a 3rd party warranty dealer

Anyway to answer a few of your questions, ATS has not affiliation with PCT as a company. The only involvement with them was in the past with the sale of Extended warranties(Sager did not offer them at this time.) For quite some time now not a single new warranty or service has gone through ATS for their lack of support.
Fatal- At no point did you talk to or deal with a REP from PCT. John, Ed, and everyone else you spoke with was from ATS, which has now gone under.

We will do our best to offer everyone support and we are working feverishly for a solution to past warranties and it will be posted and sent out as soon as we come up with one. All current and future warranties are through Sager directly and there will be no hassle of 3rd party companies or lack of support.

If anyone has questions please E-mail me at Charles@pctorque.com. Thank you.

Contact Sager directly. You can either fill out the online RMA form @ sagernotebook.com or mail them directly at techsupport at sagernotebook.com. If you can call, that might be a good way of contacting them, too. However, I prefer email simply because it leaves a "paper trail" if things go downhill further on down the line.
