Compal hgl 30 barebone

I got barebone Compal HGL-30 a week ago or so.Finally got all the parts (CPU,memory,hard drive) for it.After I put all together, when I turn it on i tgives me this:

For realtek RTL8111B/8168B Gigabit Ethernet Controller v.2.01
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-MOF: Exiting PXE ROM

does anybody have built compal laptops before.Is there a cable that I forgot to plug in or what the heck is it?

My guess is that its not detecting the hard drive to boot, so it is going down the boot list to try and boot on LAN
