What does a 6800 go for on ebay

I'm going to sell my 6800 go that I pulled from 9300 inspiron, I upgraded to an 7800 gtx.
And my question is what should I start the bid out as?
And how much do they go for?
There are none selling on ebay so I'm not sure what to start the bid out as, any help would be appreciated

100-150 USD typically. This is a good upgrade for those using low end videocards like the x300 in the 9300 series.
