How long does Phase 9 take?

I've had no movement in about 2.5 days in Phase 9. The guy on the phone acted like Phase 9 was pretty fast.... but I see no movement.

My order only stayed in phase 9 for a day.

Phase 9 will feel like forever. Just be glad that you are past the "back-log" phase.

Mine stayed on PHASE 9 for 3 days then the next phase I saw on the 3rd day was PHASE 13.

Most phases can be "back-log" phase - it depends on what's backlogged. I'm in phase 13 and on backlog waiting for a security cable
