Hey everyone i have a custom built M1710 with Sigmatel 9200 drivers i just built an M170 from cheap parts on ebay and i've noticed when testing the lightFX feature of the M170 (which is a little different then running it on the M1710) i noticed the audio sounded much better and deeper on the M170.
Is there anyway to correct this? I have tons of parts i could take the speakers on the subwoofer off of an M170 and see if it sounds better but i'm thinking theyre close to the same and its just the controller the 9200 compared with the M170's 9750 (i think it was 9750 maybe it just 9700) But i've noticed that the inside part of the M1710 subwoofer is white as opposed to the M170s all black woofer. The white part is beneath the grill you can see its a white woofer dont know what that means.
Any advice?
