For a good vista driver you should try the XTreme-G MobileForce VS 101.41 M6. I haven't tried it because I use xp but it is known to be a good stable driver. link: http://www.tweaksrus.com/index.php?o...833&Itemid=41/ For the lower score did you have the same test conditions as with the gsx flash? if not then I would test that first. It might also be a driver issue, you could try different drivers and see if it helps.

I tried Extreme driver, but OC wouldn't stick after reboot, giving me bsod. So I turned to Force driver with modded inf file, and the OC sticks, but score isn't good as GSX flash. Is this normal?

P.S. Why does Extreme driver on my control reads x2 memory speed? Could that be why the system was keep crashing?

Thanks guys.

I reinstallied the 3D mark and score is back up to 9300 ish. There were just too many junks!

My optimal OC number was 625/800-auto overclock. Is it safe to leave as is? Or should I lower it? Thanks guys.

well you can see my 11k score. Have been testing it for a few days..Think I am at the limit of the card at this point. Any further and I begin seeing artifacting...

Damn Sol great score! And a great clock setting too. I put mine up too 653/850 just to see what it would do. I got a 9822. Up from 9325 at 600/800.

i know 3 things who gets higher 3dmark scores 1. do you use 1.24 volt flash ? 2. do you use NiBitor ? 3. you can OC higher if you "disable clocktest" in Rivatuner.
i beleive its 1.24v but how can i be sure? whats nibitor and rivatuner?
i downloadede nibitor i cant get it to work for the life of me, i go to open bios and there is nothing there?

well i have just decided to get let my pc run safely at 621/800 from the nvidia control panel, but i did flash back to the dell bios cause the overclocking was not staying after restarting? is there a way to have it be set everytime i restart?

if you have flashed your computer right, use example 84.69 with "modded inf" (you need modded inf installed in the driver so the overclock stays there)
