Yes, upgraded BIOS twice since I bought it (have I1.21 latest version).
Also upgrade to latest Nvidia GO7600 drivers, no difference.

I know 32bit OS cannot address more than 4GB (windows should report 3GB).
But even only 1GB of usable supplemental RAM under Windows should help me as I often use more than 2GB of RAM (which slows down horribly due to page file swapping).
