Well, I didn't get anything from Dell, but I did get a 32" LCD tv for the house.
It was cheap, and though my wife doesn't realize it, I plan on getting a much larger one next year so I can take the 32" for my office to game on! :

Well, that dirty pig of a UPS driver decided to report I wasn't even home for signature. What a pig. Then of course conveniently the system crashed when they wanted to call him for redelivery. God do I hate UPS.

Amen to that. I ordered an XPS 700 and 2007WFP and grudgingly shipped it via UPS. It was supposed to be next day delivery, yet over a week later nothing had arrived. I called UPS to inquire, they stated that the package was unable to be delivered but I could pick it up. Being a poor university student I had about an hour walk to pick it up. So I pick up the system, which was 88lb according to the UPS label, and a friend and I proceeded to it carry home. I got it home and opened it up only to find that UPS had beat me to the punch. Unfortunately when they decided to repackage the system the put the LCD stand on the bottom, the LCD FACE DOWN on the stand, then the 50lb XPS system ON TOP of the LCD. I pulled out the LCD and it was scratched to hell, plus there is a 5" x 3" area on my LCD that is much darker than the rest of the display. I don't know who to b*tch to first.
Oh and PS, I received a bill from UPS for $98 this week because my XPS was shipped from the US.
