Messed up my wireless

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to turn back on my wireless. I was installing Verizon Device Manager for the card my dad was using for a bit and it worked great. However, we don't need it on my laptop anymore so I removed the verizon software for connecting to the wireless dial in connection. You know that pay per month service which offers decent speeds. Anyways, now I am trying to connect to my regular home network and for some reaosn I can't get the damn wifi card to turn on. It doesn't see the network or anything. I checked and it's enabled and everything through the network connections window and everything. I am missing some on/off switch or something, or so it feels like.

Using a Dell Inspiron 9300 and a Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG network adapter.

I would roll back to a previous restore point but there is some software I need but don't have the cd's to install right now since I am away. Thanks.. hopefully some of that made sense. I know it's gotta be something obivous I am missing. I did update the drivers too on the card.

FN+F2 enables/disables your wireless. Im sure you probably did that, but just in case.

Drivers are HERE under 'Network' in case you need those as well.

Also, what kind of wireless router are you using? Is it set up to display your SSID? If not, you wont see it if you search for a network.

Awesome, glad you got it fixed! Always nice when it is something easy like that.
