I am having the hardest time with AIM 4.7 for mac, It litterly does not stay open. Ill get a few ims going, or even one, say a few words back and forth then boom, it exits and tells me to report it or restart it. Why would it be doing this?

AIM is not universal and has issues with Rosetta on Intel Macs.

Download Adium instead.

Alright, I downloaded it but I cant directly connect with another AIM user, also theirs no support for video/audio chats. Im pretty sure im just going to use paralles and install windows and just incase.
Use iChat it is built in comes with OSX and fully supports AIM. Welcome to Apple enjoy your stay.
iChat has problems doing video chats but can direct connect. Adium is dodgy about direct connect.

Instead of parallels, if you just want to use it for chatting, check out Crossover Mac and then you can use Trillian or the Windows AIM client right in OS X.

Alright well Ive installed Paralles, and Its great, full function everything, best of both worlds, the only thing is, how the hell do I right click?
IN windows I dont know. In OSX go to the system prefences (looks like a light switch on the Dock) and change your mouse settings to anything you want.

no, its easy to right click in osx, but I just cant figure it out in windows, oh well, Ill just buy another mouse when I get the money.

Yeah I use a Razer Diamonback on my iMac but my wife likes the Apple mouse so when I am not using it the Mighty Mouse is back in. It works fine but not my kind of mouse.

Okay, so last night I thought the entire computer froze because I can move the mouse around but I couldnt click anything, this morning I woke up and Turned the mac back on and still, I could click anything, so I plugged my mouse that I use on my windows computer into it, and boom, works perfectly, but I really want to continue to use the the apple wireless mighty mouse, what should I do? call apple?
