Quick question e1705(Please answer asap)

Hey i got my e1705 today. It came with the cds dell media direct 3,windows xp media center version 2005 and the dell inspiron computer software for device drivers and utities. I loaded up that cd but under video drivers only intel graphics video shows up. Even tho theres a 7900. With these cds can I reformat the computer or do i need more? If so where would i get the video drivers ect? Can somene answer asap?Dont want to load up stuff if im going to end up reformating. Ty in advance

It would be wise to download the wireless and lan drivers from dell BEFORE you reinstall windows and then get the latest drivers from the appropriate places once you install. Using the drivers off the disks is not too good of an idea as they tend to be outdated.

Yeah just download the drivers from Dell's site so you'll be sure you are getting the latest stuff. After that yes, you are good to go.

*Tear* I can play bf2 on high settings at 1600 by 1200. I love this laptop ^_^. Thanks for the help. Lappy runs much more smoothly now.
