Phase 1 to Phase 14 in 24 hours?

Hello all, I called Alienware about this and they told me that there is a problem with their site. I have been waiting for them to fix it so that when I do check my computer I know what phase its on. How do I get them to understand that this is important to me and fix it. My computer is in Phase 4 that is what I read in the emailsI get, but like I said, on alienwares web site it shows it on 14.

Is there away to get this fixed?

Besides telling them about it and impressing on them how you rely on the status page, I can't see what else you can do. I doubt they'd appreciate someone hacking their site, even if they did so with good intentions

I am in phase 7 now They told me that they build computers, but not that fast (lol)

The AlienWare Web Site is messed up right now because of Changes their making to the Site, I wouldn't go by anything you get from the site for the moment...

Ok. Makes me wonder where mine is at if the site is messed up. I ordered on 23 March. I did the financial stuff and my payment was approved on 29 March. I went to phase 3 on that day. On 30 March I jumped to phase 9. I spent all day on 30 March at phase 9 and I'm still there this morning. I'm not upset or anything and I don't expect it to ship until next week. Just posting my experience and where I'm at.

I've said it in other posts that they don't update the Phases that regularly, there may be a 2 or 3 day delay in the updating, I recieved my last PC from them before I recieved the E-mail that it had shipped...And the Phase Page said it still was at Phase 9....

Yup. Like I said, I'm not upset or over-excited. I'm excited... but not over-excited. I'm just posting my experience so, maybe, others can benefit from it.

Just as an update. I'm on phase 12 this afternoon. I found out it should ship either today or tomorrow depending on what happens in the quality control phase.
