Sony support or rather lack thereof...

I just had a very bad experience with Sony support. They refused to give me the model number of the Toshiba drive in my notebook.My experience with Sony support--pick a division,any division--has been abysmal. The support website is fair at best. Am I over-reacting or is this the norm with Sony--lousy support.

I refuse to buy any more sony products period, I am glad my laptop is dead, so i dont have to deal with their crap anymore. there is honestly no reason to buy a sony product anymore unless you want a shoddy product back by crappy support all for a premium price.
