I'm writing this mail with my smoking fresh Dell XPS M1710! And I must admit that this is awesome machine! I managed to play all my games with maxed out everything and I did not see any lag at all! Wow! Perfect machine for me.

The only thing that bothers me is that when ever I move graphical things, such as a view folder screen etc, I hear this screeching from the laptop's sound system (or atleast that's my assume). How could I fix it?

Well welcome and seeing no one seemed to recognize your question, I will try to answer. I would try uninstalling the audio driver software from add/remove programs. Download the latest drivers off Dell's site and try again. If you have more problems. I would recommend the format/reinstall that is SO highly recommended on ALL new dell systems cause of the boatware/bad installs.
