Hello,
I've been a believer for a long time that more memory = better video card, however after this post and a bit of research it appears that I am a little off. So, just so I am crystal clear the values I should be looking at on this (
http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards....=394&card2=409) webpage are the 'core clock' / 'memory clock' & 'fragment pipelines' / 'vertex pipelines'...in that case the 7600 has a higher 'core clock'....don't get me wrong I am
NOT disputing your information, just trying to make sure I understand it correctly I am quite new to the whole vid card game as I haven't upgraded for some time.
Thanks In Advance
edit: just checked out another forum and they mention that the most important values are 'shader operations' / 'pixel fill rate' / 'texture fill rate' / 'vertex operations'...
