High res boot screens and login screens ver... where?

I have been looking for some 1920x1200 boot screens and login screens. Does anyone know where I can find some? I have tried the regular ones but they look horrid. Thanks.

Pretty sure your stuck with low rez 16 color (or maybe 8 color) for boot screens.

You might be able to get a better rez with your login screen as most drivers have loaded by that point.

boot screens AFAIK are loaded with a basic vga driver and can't display resolutions higher than 640x480 16colors. you can try a /NOGUIBOOT switch in your boot.ini and skip the logo. that way you'll get a WUXGA blank screen all the way to windows logon.

Stardock's bootskin is 16 color--640 x 480.

Alright, I found a decent boot, but logon screens in this size don't exist.
