Actually nyko on this board has been a great help but the person she keeps telling me to contact doesnt answer. I have sent him 3 emails so far and nothing.... and i cant even dare think of getting through on the phone.

The bad part is im leaving next week for a deployment (in the navy) and im going to have to cancel the order if they dont get back to me by monday.... Im seriously dissapointed cause i really wanted this system. Oh well... any help you guys could offer would be great.... if you could call charles that would be PWN!!! lol

Im assuming that you tried calling all of the numbers on the website, ie. both sales and the support number. if it has been over a week, i would personally, call one more time to each number, leave a msg that you are cancelling the order if you dont hear back in 30 min then procede to call the credit card co. to dispute the charge and refund your money. with this lack of willingness to assist you, i would believe that pct just dosent want your money. then once you have conf. from your credit card co. that its been cancelled, id call either sager or hypersonic and reorder with express shipping to meet your deadline if possible. when i ordered my from sager it shipped within 3 days.

btw. good luck on your deployment and come back safe and whole

Well nyko did something or somebody did something because Charles finally contacted me through email. He said that the laptop had left the sager warehouse and should be to me by wendesday. Im not totally happy with the date of its arrival but as long as it comes to me before i leave ill be copasetic... :P

THanks for all the help guy you have been a great support group whilst i wait for my beast of a beast to arrive. I think i would have gone mad if i had to go at it alone. ANyway see you all when i get back and ill try and submit a review when and if i get time to access the Inet while out there. :P

Do you have an external LCD of gargantuan proportions to plug into it? CRT would work too I guess, anything that can run a higher resolution than the laptop screen. If you do have that available, please run 3dmark with the external (and thus higher resolution) connected and see what it does to the score. I have a hunch that it would actually go up (assuming you got the SLI'd 7950s).
