Actually nyko on this board has been a great help but the person she keeps telling me to contact doesnt answer. I have sent him 3 emails so far and nothing.... and i cant even dare think of getting through on the phone. The bad part is im leaving next week for a deployment (in the navy) and im going to have to cancel the order if they dont get back to me by monday.... Im assuming that you tried calling all of the numbers on the website, ie. both sales and the support number. if it has been over a week, i would personally, call one more time to each number, leave a msg that you are cancelling the order if you dont hear back in 30 min then procede to call the credit card co. to dispute the charge and refund your money. with this lack of willingness to assist you, i would believe that pct just dosent want your money. then once you have conf. from your credit card co. that its been cancelled, id call either sager or hypersonic and reorder with express shipping to meet your deadline if possible. when i ordered my from sager it shipped within 3 days.
