FS: 2x 512MB DDR2-400 200-Pin SO-DIMM (PC2-3200)

Just upgraded my Sony Vaio VGN-A600 to 2GB and now I have the original 2 modules of 512MB each to sell (made by Micron). Each one would be ideal for anyone upgrading from 512MB to 1GB.

Other details:
Cas Latency=4
Voltage=1.8V
ECC=No
Unbuffered
