Question about Apple MagSafe Airline Adapter!

HI I have a question about Apple MagSafe Airline Adapter has any one use it before and does it work. If so what airline has the power adapter feature just want to ask before I buy it. Also I know that the adapter does not charge your batteries and does not work in the car
