Lost username and password need help logging on

I have t3010d that i can't get into b/c I don't have the username and password

If that notebook belongs to you, you SHOULD have the username and password to log in unless that is a stolen notebook!!! To prove me wrong, please post an image of your notebook invoice or bill. I DO know how to circumvent that password stuffs...

Give him a break. People loose and forget their passwords. Most of the time it's windows with expired passwords and by the time they do expire you have no clue what your password was. akoo47 Look for program called ERD RECOVERY download it and burn it to disc and boot with it. Should fix your problem.
