off hl2 shadow problem

ok there are weird red and yellow shadows in half life 2, so whats wrong and how can i fix it?

Have you tried reinstalling your graphics drivers, or trying a newer/different version? Or reinstalling HL2?

it did it on my old xps gen 2 also, and i got new tweaksrus drivers, and i downloaded the game directly from steam.so what can i do?

Does it have the same problem with the Dell stock drivers?

Disable shadows, besides they can be seen when you can't. This has popped up on th HL Forums before. Some cards just screw with it. Stupid having shadows in the game anyway, you will not target an enemy using them but they can target you.
