I have a inspiron 6000, in which i purchased over a year ago. 2 things are giving me trouble
1. I just bought a new DVD burner. (i actually purchased a dvd burner from dells website, and bought the one for the 6400 because it was 100 cheaper) it works fine, and loads cds fine.. When i watch a movie, i can barely hear the people talking though.. i can hear the background noise and everything else really loud, but when they talk, its quiet... and my all my volume is up high.. any suggestions?
2. my battery light always blinks orange like i have low battery, even though i don't... even when its plugged into the wall, it still blinks orange.. I put my brothers brand new battery in my lap top.. and it still blinks orange. any ideas how to correct that?
