I got the Best Buy laptop for Christmas, now trying to rip CD collection.
When ripping with Media Player 11, I get to 100% on the first song, then is freezes. Totally stuck, cursor won't even move. I ejct the cd, the computer shuts down all the way.
Previously, I had been getting the BSOD then reboot but I formatted HD and reloaded everything last night. The only thing I've done since reload is remove McAfee and update to MP11. Now, like I said, it just freezes, hit eject, then shutdown.
Any ideas, is this a harware issue or an issue with Media Player?
