Hand picked wallpapers

I love SF wallpapers so here is what I hunted down and discovered on the web:

Here are some nice SF wallpapers (actually the collection is quite big) - http://www.bionixwallpaper.com/wallpapers/

But that is not all. On the same site I have found an amazing free software designed for laptops (it knows then the laptop is on batteries) that can cycle the images on desktop!!!!!!!!!!

The program is here:

I have a different piece of software that rotates desktop backgrounds. Although it's not free, it does a lot of other stuff too. For more info, look here.

Nice. I like the extra pictures manipulation of the app. Will give it a spin.

You cannot compare that rudimentary application made by Microsoft with the real stuff. I was using the MS one for few hours. I immediately throw it away. I am a "power" user . A have 12000 images to put on desktop. At this number, I need to have at least a "decent" wallpaper manager. Well, BioniX Wallpaper Manager is more than just "decent". I will say it goes to pro!

Whilst MS Desktop Manager is "rudimentaire" it does satisfy many users in what it is doing in wallpapers changing. BioniX Lite - the free version - does well (yes, I tested it) but for many normal users that would do. Going "pro" means doling out $$, not justifiable for me in this case

Mine is set to 5 minutes. As I said, I have many wallpapers. I have to see them all. Anyway, sometimes I change them even faster. I use the Control+Alt+W shortcut to go to the next wallpaper.

The same here. BUT, every time you switch between windows, you see for 1-2 secconds the new wallpaper. I really like to be surprised by the nice/inspiring images.
