Mwave + Asus; who is the moron here?

Recently bought an S96J barebone Asus from Mwave.com... It came with NO screws whatsoever. No screws to put the plastic panels together, no heatsink screws, nothing. Utterly ridiculous. So, my question is:
Is it supposed to come with screws?
Does mwave sell refurbished units or something, and those don't come with screws?
If it doesn't come with screws, how am I supposed to find any?

you bought it from Mwave, it's their responsibility to provide any missing components. However, if they refuse (which I hope they wouldn't), you can get the screws from any Asus reseller.

Went to a screw supply (well, three; and two asus resellers, and a used PC store...) and got a bunch that 'work' even though they look awful. I'm pretty sure this unit was a return or a refub, never buying mwave again.

you should return the barebone as soon as you recieved it if it came with no screws. it is not mwave's fault, it is asus's fault for packaging it wrong. mwave should replace it, itll be considered dead on arrival if you return it asap.

Mwave is horrible the same thing happened to me and I returned it and they kept sending me returned computers
