dell i600m OC/tweak

i have i600m dell, 1.5 Dothan 2mb 400fsb, is there a way i can OC it? i have hard time finding 755/765 chip to replace it, also my video card is only 32mb.... anyway,

spec,
dothan 1.5ghz 2mb 400fsb
R9000m 32mb
60gb 5400 hitachi
1GB DDR 333 (512mb kingston*2)
14.1 XGA 1400*1050!!!

You can't overclock the CPU. You'll have to find a faster CPU if you want more speed.
