Your pretty much SOL. They are out of production. Even Dell is low on these cards. Your best bet is to sell your current notebook, and get a E1705. IMO it will be better. What I have found, in a lot of games the Pentium M is fast, but not quick enought on alot of tasks to really push the gpu. Look at CS Source as a great example. In online games, my FPS are low at any resolution because Source is cpu bound. Also many many games are moving to becoming Dual Core ready. Also the 7900gs is a great card which should last a while. Also O/Cing will give it 40-50% increases overall.
