Question about M90 17” screens.

Hello everyone.
Can I change my M90’s 17” LCD screen to any another other Dell model’s 17” screen? After another freak accident to my M90, I need to replace it. Just to let you know, I have no Accidental Coverage. :’(

Any input on this will be appreciated.

Yep, should be fine to use screen from other 17" models released thus far. You would have to swap the panel out into the current bezel you have to match though.

Had couple of bad experiences with ebay recently but I guess I have no choice but to go and give ebay another shot.

i would only get ones meant for the 9400 or m1710 anything else and it might not work.

I am going to look for the one that was pulled from atleast Core Duo generation pool of notebooks, and I am going to wait and see if I can get one that was pulled from M90. Its not like I need it by next week, because M90 is hooked up to KDS 22" Widescreen monitor and my 700m is still going strong after 2+ years of abuse. I truly want one that was perfect like my old LG screen but I know it's not going to be easy since recent things that I got from ebay turned out to be total crap.
