Hey, as you ight now Im now the proud owner of a new MB.
I had a couple questions.

1.What MSN compatible program can I use? id like webcam and file transfer support and if possible the ability to see other peoples personalized smilies.

2. also torrenting for macs?

3. will the ram from my 5720 be compatible? I hav two gigs in there and 1 gig here, I was hoping I would put 1.5 gigs in each.

4.anywhere I can learn to use iLife quick? Id love to mess around with it but with finals coming up Id rather learn quick so I can start making vids/presentations for school ASAP.

Review and pics coming soon. Thanks in advance for all your help.

1. adium is by far the best app for IMing. i dont think it supports video conferencing though. the built in ichat software should do fine for AOL video stuff. i dont think msn is even supported in ichat. you can use adium for IM on msn though.

2. dont know really, i love limewire, it seems to be the best all around for osx.

3. ram? well if its 200pin it should work. now for speeed, the mb/mbp use 667, but will run on lower. however to get the best out of it, 667mhz ram is recommended. ive personally used two 533 sticks in a mbp with a 667 fsb, and been happy, completely fast.

4. how to learn ilife? simple. open it, and mess with it. anything u have trouble with, apple support site is wonderful. also google is a godsend with this stuff.

hope i was at least 1% helpful
