I am getting the error message of "sorry, you have no video capturing hardware" when i try to use my camera on my laptop. I was just wondering if there were any reasons for this in this model or if anyone has anything to say that may help me....
thanks

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver?

yes i have done that..... still no dice. I have also reformatted my computer and installed the drivers again and still no deal.... not sure if drivers are an issue here. The only way i can think of that it is a driver problem is that i am not running the newest version of it, but that still does not explain why it doesn't work when i install the drivers it came with when i first got my computer and first installed them.... it DID work fine but i am really stumped on what it is now.

Got the original app and driver that came with the comp? Try them first. Or maybe a re-installation to get the comp back to the original state?

cheers ...
