RAM upgrade = tweaky game

Hi all.

I've just upgraded my 9860's memory to 2 gigs. Everything seems a little faster and smoother, but when I play Battlefield 2142, the frames seems to lag. When I had 1 gig of ram it was running perfectly fine. I thought it was a laggy server at first, but this happened consistently throughout other servers. Was there anything special I needed to do when I inserted the extra sticks of ram? Change some sort of config on my comp? Any suggestions would be fantastic. Thanks~

Hey all... I've solved this problem on my own. I defragged my HD, which I've never really done. Also, I upgraded my video card driver and reinstalled my audio driver. I don't know which of these actually solved my problem, but it worked. So, hurrah hurrah~.
