640m 14.1' with video card likely because of vista?

How likely is it that the 640m 14.1' laptop will get a dedicated video card because of Vista and its Areo interface?

Who knows. Dell have not revealed any new notebook revision as yet, so anyone telling you a definite yes or no is merely speculating. If they do make such an upgrade however, I would expect a totally new model revision including chassis, and of course it would no longer be called the 640m (but again, this is speculation...)

Windows Vista Aero DOES work on Intel's GMA950.

Ditto ForceCalibur. There's no need to since Vista works fine on the GMA 950.
