Does cache size matter if your setting up a RAID 0?

As the title states...Do you need two hard drives with identical cache or can they be different?

I'm a big fan of keeping things equal. I'm not sure exactly what it would do if you kept the drive size equal and just changed cache size.
but in the SAN world we keep everything exactly equal down to the manufacturer

You can run RAID off different sized drives (not recommended) I was able to do it back a while. the more different your drives are the greater chance of data breakdown/drive failure

It'll work fine, just one drive might be a bit slower than the other.
