I purchased said laptop over the summer and the situation has become more prevalent recently. When I start the notebook (first time of the day) the Dell, and Windows logo look fine but once windows comes up the display is jagged and fuzzy for about 5 minutes. Looks like an old TV screen with the vacuum running. The display slowly gets more and more clear until it is fine. It will also do it sometimes when the laptop goes into sleep mode for a few hours.

Anyone know why?
