I went in to the BIOS, and was able to make the change there. The only problem is that as you navigate the menus, there is no mention of video mode, memory, etc. anywhere. You have to change the "Frame Buffer" setting. When you click on "Frame Buffer", the context help tells you that this is the setting to change the memory allocated to NVIDIA. Easy to do, but would be better if a little more clearly explained up front (or am I being dense here????).
