I called them up and they said they cannot tell anything about the order (including whether it met the requirements etc) until 2nd week of march.

Yeah, this is lame!

Can anyone tell me what i do now i went to the upgrade portal and filed everything out, but it said it was going to email me a confimation email that i had to send with proof of purchase to someone?!?!#%^ First off who do i send this info to and they never sent a confimation email?

Can anyone let me know what I might have done wrong, or better put what they are doing wrong?

they send it to whatever e-mail they have on file for you and you just have to e-mail, fax or snail mail them the original order confirmation e-mail.. you definitely have to get that e-mail though because it's a required part of the process..

I sent my info in Feb, still have yet to receive anything. I e-mailed the company and they are looking into it for me. Go figure they already charged my CC the $12 for shipping.

I received mine yesterday and installed it. I'm having a couple issues, but I was expecting it. Before I could install Vista I had to uninstall Nero Rom and Roxio Easy CD Creator 7. I also had to uninstall the software for the wireless card and re-install with the new drivers. For some reason Business Vista did not like something. I also have to install new drivers for the webcam and mic. I really haven't gotten a chance to play with it yet, but I'll post any other issues I'm having.
