Macbook French To English Keyboard Conversion

My sister recently bought a macbook online and turns out it was the french version. The french version incorporates a different keyboard.

My question is, is it possible to buy an english version keyboard assembly for the macbook and just swap them?

Check eBay, or see if she can exchange it.

Or she can set the international settings to US and, as long as she's a touch typer, she can use it normally.

Hey Smack,
Try looking up an eBay user "falconprince". This guy rocks. I just bought a black Macbook top and bottom cover and white keyboard for a custom job I'm doing on my macbook from him. Very fast and honest, If any of one knows he should, they specialize in Mac Parts.
Post back if you can't get him and I'll PM you the email address.

P.S. Was your sisters PB the 12" French Canadian model I saw listed?

Yeah, you can just exchange keyboards.

I would ask Apple before purchasing anything. They would probably give you one in return for the French one.
